i wish you luck but with ssense the only way seems to be charging back with your credit card. they are not helpful when any issues come up. someone ive seen recently got sent a completely different jacket and ssense claimed they were lying and wouldn't refund the buyer. i try to avoid them at all costs.

Purchased this new off SSENSE. How are they this oblivious. Buyers beware of that site....

Wow that’s awful! Nowhere near even a replica…That’s bad on them for not even offering you a refund. Could you dispute the transaction with your bank?

I’ve been shopping with SSENSE for 5+ years and probably have gotten at least a third of my Vis collection from them and I’ve always had stellar customer service from. They’ve even gone as far as giving me a direct line to an associate and have always allowed returns for any reason. I know any experience with a retailer can very transaction to transaction but they treat their regular customers exceptionally well and I would never dissuade anyone from buying there, especially with the deals. I was talking with VV trading post earlier about the situation and it seems like he’s just waiting on customer service to reach back. It Defo really sucks that 1.) someone was scummy enough to swap out a real piece with a fake during a return and 2.) someone with limited experience that only handles return of stock probably didn’t see it and it slipped through the system. I think once he explains the situation they will more than likely allow some form of exchange.

Couple days, usually. He’s responsive on IG if you send him your order #.

Once shipped, delivery is quite quick (assuming you use DHL).

I would recommend DMing him first on Instagram to confirm whatever you're planning to purchase is in stock. Sometimes the website is not up to date.

How do people feel about their 101xx mud overdye dmg from this season? I’m tempted but worried it’s more raw than dmg from the photos. My days of breaking in denim are behind me.

Its not raw, definitely somewhere between the one-wash and full out damaged version. If I were to guess, they had surplus d1009 or d1011 iterations of the 101xx they made, and they just re-purposed one of those with a mud wash. It requires no break in, and is not starchy fwiw.
