Where's that pic of the bums in the 1950-1960's America sitting and wearing suits and tie, though wrinkly and dirty looking. I saw it pictured on this forum and was hoping to see it again but haven't found it...

Some time ago there was this thread with all the gangster pictures from the 1920s USA, I can't find it- if anyone can direct me there it would be great.
