This is the companion thread to:
http://www.styleforum.net/t/347604/...-off-retail-knitwear-shirts-pants-hangers-etc
The items for sale in this thread:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/pub?key=0Av0Mswh2zQO5dHluYVE5WTVzYTUzWDFaOGdXT2lROVE&output=html
Here's what you need to know:
The items in this thread are from three makers: D'Avenza, Belvest, and an unknown high end Italian maker. If anybody can ID the unknown maker, let me know. For those that don't know D'Avenza, it's basically in between Brioni, and the upper echelon like Kiton, Attolini. Really, really well made. Belvest is a notch below, doesn't have a handsewn lapel buttonhole, less fancy interior lining, still very nice, obviously.
FIT: The pants on the suits are ALL double forward pleat, no belt loops, side adjusters. ALL the pants are HIGH rise, full cut, this is how Venanzi wore his pants. The jackets are surprisingly trim fitting - some of the D'Avenza 42's are only around 21.75" pit to pit. The shoulders are pretty strong, except for on the soft cut items, which are noted. All the fabrics are British, very beautiful, very hardy. If you want measurements for a specific item, please ask me, I just ran out of room on the spreadsheet.
Buttons: Some of these items have unfinished sleeves, and the buttons are gone / lost. If a jacket does not have the buttons, you will need to find matching ones / close enough ones, or get them all replaced. Everything is priced accordingly.
Pricing:If you want one item, the pricing is firm. If you are interested in more than 1 item, or in combining with items from the other Venanzi thread, everything becomes very negotiable. Shipping on 1 suit is an additional $12 in the USA.
