Yeah it doesn't look like there's any pulling at all at the midsection hem or chest. Length is subjective I guess.

Thanks for the feedback on the fit guys. I will be keeping the size small.

Just as a note, I was pretty worried that the size small wouldn't fit once I saw the measurements but decided to go with it anyways as I usually wear size small and measurements don't usually tell the whole story as LAGuy has mentioned before. I think the very small shoulder measurements especially are misleading. The gussets and patterning of the jacket seem to offset these. So, if you want a very fitted jacket I'd recommend going close to TTS. The "sized up" fits still look great BTW so YMMV.

400

theres quite a bit of extra room in the waist... For reference I have a 42.5" chest and 34" waist and 35" hips. I may end up doing custom lengths

Oh yeah that looks fine. I'd add an inch or two to body length and call it a day.

I feel like the shoulders look proportionately too narrow for the width of the waist. It creates a weird A shape

looks great unzipped. Size SM would look better if you are planning on wearing it up zipped quite a bit. I personally would size up as the difference between S and SM is 0.5" extra in most places.

Feels a bit short for riding

The overall fit looks awesome! The body length looks good and should be fine on the bike...you'd want to sit on the bike and test it out, because it does depend on your bike's particular riding position. If you do add length (say, 1-2 inches), we wouldn't recommend messing with the width of the bottom hem...you'd need a little extra width as the jacket goes down over the hips and you don't want to make it super snug there. It will drape better and won't be binding when you're wearing it on the bike.
