I draw the line between bespoke and RTW because I do not mind paying a few hundred bucks here are there for a RTW cotton suit, especially poplin or seersucker in the summer months. My aversion to cotton does not stem from comfort - I find it comfortable enough (and, more importantly, it wears cool), especially when it is not closely tailored. My problem lies with the fact that cotton does not tailor as well as wool.

That Minnis Classic is suiting but if you don't mind the lack of texture, is fine for a blazer. The fresco you have is much more textured for example
I would hate it as a blazer/sport coat, it's way too shiny and it drapes like typical suiting, imho. The heavier fresco might be nice as a DB blazer: https://www.instagram.com/p/BMbn1r3jR4W/

I'll basically only ever consider seersucker when it comes to cotton, and wouldn't even begin to consider bespoke for it.

Interestingly enough, my aversion to cotton extends to, essentially, all items of menswear except socks and pocket squares.

Merino socks have been serving me well.

For shirts though, have not seen a good replacement.

In summer, Carlo Riva fabric shirts do feel significantly cooler than any other.

Linen shirts (and linen blends)!

Also, linen socks.

I wear cotton lisle socks year round, even in winter. merino socks feel slippy for some reason and degrade after one wear.

What do you do for underwear?

Micro Modal.

Merino socks I wear are from Pantherella 70% wool 30% Nylon. Hold up well for my use.

Certainly nothing wrong with cotton socks, though I do like wool and linen options as well. Mes Chausettes Rouge also has some silk and cashmere/silk socks that are amazing. Definitely luxurious as socks go, but a treat to wear.

Linen and bamboo shirts serve me well, though that is likely a no go in conservative settings. Cotton certainly does the job well enough there.

Agree with micro modal for the undies

What about cotton Solaro for the gents who cannot stand (or their climatological circumstances do not allow them) to wear suits made from the (heavy) wool Solaro cloth?

I think we're discussing the same book-- the samples I have are 9728 charcoal and (I think) 9727--- the mid-grey that is one lighter than the first.

Royal Classics, then.

I want a second pair of pants mang. The fabric is beautiful and I want to wear it with my odd summer sport coats. But I'm not sure how sturdy the fabric is after getting a hole in the trousers after 4 months of wear.
