Anyone keen on doing a purple linen run with W Bill together with me?

Either lighter purple (almost a lavender shade) or a darker, royal purple.

Would be perfect for a sportcoat (3m), a waistcoat (1m) and odd pants (2m). Each worn separately of course.

I'm interested - slight preference for the lighter version but open either way (2.5m for jacket)

Great choice.

I've commissioned sportscoat in dark purple linen fabric [from Japan (LINNET)] and have been very pleased with the results. Versatile yet classy and offered something different than standard navy, brown, green or grey colors..

That idea sounds good. However, I will much prefer linen wool silk mix.

^^ Holland & Sherry cloth from the old Nevada Book. Cloth is a wool/polyester blend.

Will be cutting this one in a couple weeks. There is as much blue as purple in the cloth but it renders as purple. SB, triple patch and peak lapels

Chris,

Beautiful fabric - will this be a suit or SC? Also - peak lapels with patch pockets seems like an odd juxtaposition of very informal with very formal. Do you get many commissions for that combination?
