Yes, EG is currently running at £205 direct with the factory or via the shop in Jermyn Street. I would guess Lobb is similar. Resellers may charge a mark-up, which presumably includes shipping. You're lucky. I sent my EG through the local retailer for a factory resole and it cost me a whopping £250! If I go to my local cobbler, it ranges from the cheapest £50 (passable) to around £100.
This is expensive. I am currently considering whether to have my only EGs recrafted. They have a few nasty scratches and some frayed stitching and I could put the £205 towards another shoe. On the other hand, they are on the "great 88", won't be made again, and fit my shallow foot like a glove. It's a tough call at that price.
The other makers charge around £100 for a factory repair, e.g. C&J £120, Grenson £95 (and they still support Masterpieces), AS £90, etc. Loake is less, around £60 I think.
A competent London cobbler will ask £75-95 for a full resole (same welt, cobbler's last) and an extra £25-35 for French plates to protect the welt s/he cannot replace.
