That's... bizarre.

After much introspection, I've come to the realization that 3" - 3.25" is my sweet spot. I'm a fairly skinny guy, so wider ties just look that much odder on me. I went through the painful exercise of getting rid of a lot of my older, wider ties -- although, I have kept some in the hopes of having them "redone" to be less wide.

I like how it draws attention to the general vicinity of ********. May be a sign of virility. I'll be trying this at my next family reunion.

Epic fail.

Colors are blah. And the dangling blade is totally Lapo wanna be gone bad. I can, barely, take the whole leaving the rear blade loose to dangle fad that is going around right now. But this takes it to extremes that I just can't get with.

That looks very wrong. It reminds me of my attempts at tying a tie when I was at primary school. My dad would take one look and shake his head in despair.

Any sign of the back blade of a tie looks ******* shite.
This is just an egregious example so it looks even more shite.

I read an interview recently with Brunello Cucinelli who admitted having to re- tie his tie several times every morning in order to get that studied messiness just right. It's ******* pathetic and marks out the wearer as a desperate arse trying way too hard. You're not a scruffy schoolboy you're a grown man. Act like one FFS.
