my limit to USQ is 10 AM. After that, it's a no-go.

fortunately, there's many greenmarkets in NYC. Not all are as big or grand as USQ, but often times that's better.

I was there at 8:30 or so, so it was at least not that busy. I'm temporarily in the suburbs on my way out of NY, so it's most convenient to GCT.

I'd prefer the farm as table concept--diners would be locked into those feeding stalls for an hour at a time.
