My ***** landlord found my rent check after I stopped payment and send another one certified mail. She insists on being paid through automatic bill pay (the bank sends the check for me), and my check was in an envelope with another person's. This means she didn't even open the envelopes until today. Never had a lazier landlord. Even the bad ones would at least deposit the checks.
