I like the fit of things, but I know @#dadcore has many a shoe that would look less MFA-y in that context.

I do but I genuinely love boring ass sand suede Clarks DBs! They might be my favorite shoes even if that makes a me Reddit-esque basic “dapper” dipshit.

I don’t fault you there, but have you considered slight variations on the aesthetic? The Sanders James Bond shoes, CP desert boots (be careful cause some seasons look awesome, with chunky soles, and some look worse than Clark’s), etc., all look so much better IMO. YOOX at one point had the nicer version of the CPs in 44, but they didn’t fit me :/
