Correct. Bought it of Grilled to see if I could make it work. Styling options are always welcome.
I absolutely love the styling in the 'Don't Hold Me Close' lookbook Nepenthes put out: http://nepenthesny.com/dhmc/. This is the Blue Dunagree Shop Coat, but it can give you an idea to style a long blue denim-like coat. The seersucker pants work surprisingly well in the look.

So...

As jeans reach their end point (I'll always love my bespoke Jack/Knife) I'm experimenting with slightly roomier fits. Not so much to break new ground; mostly just to facilitate movement. Although I haven't yet tried some of the higher rise jeans (which some swear by), I've ditched Gustin's "slim" for their "straight" and have sized up one to account for shrink. Same with shirts.

Happy with the results. Still tailored, but not binding. YMMV.

Late on this, but UC's photos of workwear in which he's doing work are among my favorites.

Where's the guy who wears this jacket?

Every Valentine's Day my best friend and I dress up like '80s rock stars and do a set of rock ballads, usually set to musak-style backing tracks. We call our duo MegaCupid. For this year's show I wore that jacket:

Dude. If those glasses weren't already on your face I imagine they would just automatically be gif'd to drop down onto your face. Thug life.

5C on the beach and windy as. The concept behind this outfit is a reimagining of Frosty the Snowman 57 years in the future and nursing a steady crystal habit.
So awesome...every fit you do reminds me of Bladerunner, in the best way.

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
