Anybody had any luck getting the ribbing on a suede or leather jacket replaced or re-dyed? The jacket is a dark forest green suede that I rather like, but the photo does not do justice to the garishness of the ribbing.

This is one of the most iGent things I've seen in a long while (what's the SW&D equivalent of iGent?

I'm just imagining the conversation with the janitor that finds you plunged to a pulp inbetween flights after you tripped halfway down the stairs...

Janitor: "Dear Lord! But how could this have happened?"
iGent: "The stairs were slippery! I could have died! I'm going to sue the property owner!"
Janitor: "Oh that reminds me, we've recently installed security cameras. Let's go have a look. The video will come in handy in supporting your claim in front of the judge..."
