I know that this is far from the main point, but it can't be just me who sees a photo like this with the face smeared out to preserve the secret of the poster's identity - and immediately thinks of films such as The Ring or The Omen where any photos of those that the evil entity had marked for death started to deform sinisterly as a harbinger of forthcoming death.

Although... before I post that, it does occur to me that it's such an obvious thought on seeing a picture like the one above that you've probably talked this subject to death already (in fact if you could somehow photograph a conversation then maybe this one would have its face creepily smeared from existence)... if that is the case then feel free to ignore this post and lightly - please not too mean! - castigate me for my lack of originality...

As for what I'm wearing... I had to head into town with my laptop to get it fixed so I chucked on this tracksuit which I feel makes me look like one of the expendable crew members in Star Trek (hate Star Trek but never mind), especially combined with these retro-futurist plastic glasses.

But it was a bit cold so I donned another layer in the form of a rather workmanlike blue jacket which totally changed the overall look. So in a sense, moving from inside to outside and putting on the jacket means I move from one look to an overall totally different one.

I know that looks like a mobile phone but trust me, it is in fact a lethal weapon way beyond the imagination of your laughably primitive earth technology.

Set phasers to stu... no **** that, set them to kill the basts!

Er, I think we are talking at cross purposes here or something.

I'm just saying that you blurred your face with some effect...

And although it's a different effect, it reminded me of how in Ringu/The Ring photographs of people who were under the curse also had blurred faces
eg as here (actually from the US remake)

I wasn't saying anything about your weight or any kind of personal remark at all, though if it somehow came across that way I apologize totally cos that wasn't at all my intent. And for the record you don't look fat at all to me.
