Funny, I was planning on stopping by ice monster today! It's seriously amazing stuff. Not sure about fish balls but my hometown of Hsinchu is famous for pork gong wan. I'll have to ask around for recs for fish ones!

No - black cords seem to be a rarity, but they're not something I've really hunted for.
