My god.

At first it looked off to me. Couldn't figure out why. Then I realized the inner bezel was turned haha

well I was able to try on a few different APs this weekend....at starbucks  I absolutely loved the 15400. Fantastic watch. However, the Diver REALLY felt nice to me. I was able to work out a sweet deal that ended up costing me nothing out of pocket so it was almost impossible to say no :)

DerekS, congrats on the pickup! Lovely piece and great photo!
NoFrills inspired, but with a different twist. Blue on Blue Combo. Nautilus blue dial, with Edward Green Sandringham Midnight Navy Shell.
Woh, nice EGs, ddrees! Wear that blue with much pride! Speaking of "nontraditional" colors, Leffot has a blazing new Arca pair in aubergine, a deep shade of purple. I never thought I'd see myself wearing purple shoes, but I do have a lot of purple in my wardrobe (dress shirts, ties). And I now wear cherry, navy and olive shoes with abandon. Will I get myself an aubergine pair of Arcas? Time will tell... Sorry for the terse message; on vacation for the week so will post more when I have a better internet connection! Just wanted to touch base with my TWAT brethren!

Thank you sir.

Between you and Namor I'm not sure who had more to do with planting the seed. But I knew I just had to get some blue shoes. Anyway the opportunity to get these could not be passed on. I still have a pair of blue Galways on their way, and with these in hand the wait won't be as bad.

Oh man, I saw those Arcas, and I'm sorely tempted. I keep telling myself that it's cheaper than my watches...

As nice as the Arca's are, they don't have the most comfortable last for me.. A bit tight and narrow.

But you did notice the bracelet, didn't you? They most definitely make one that fits your 15703. By the way, not my photo (obviously) or watch.

haha. Its a different design for sure. the standard RO is fantastic, but the ROOs are pretty loud and in your face...not a watch for everyone thats for sure. But i must say i love it. :)

In recent years I've steered clear of slim/smaller dial watches. By small I mean 40mm lol.

Mostly because I've bought Panerai's exclusively.

I would love a 15400 and it could very well be a choice in the near future.

Though I would probably move my 5001 Porto if going down that route.

i was a HUGE Panerai guy for years....I started out with a 112 and went through probably a dozen of them easily. I had both a 217 and a 127 which are 47mm...it took some getting used to when i went to smaller watches. Ive worn a GMT IIc for a long time now...got used to the 40mm size and now im getting used to the AP size.
