Will go to the Omega mall boutique to try it, although at that price they probably take themselves for Patek and give an appointment!

Wow, adding a speedy is on my wishlist, but this might just be a bit out of my price range.

Changing topics. Thoughts appreciated.

Currently wearing a sub 14060 as my daily. Pic below.

I’ve also got a 44mm planet ocean and a Sinn 856UTC (need serviced) thinking of selling these two to get a nicer dress watch to compliment the sub, as they rarely if ever get worn.

The PO sometimes comes out in the summer with casual outfits as it wears really big, (I wish it was the 42mm version) so it’s fine with a short sleeve camp shirt, it not my favorite with anything long sleeve.

The Sinn might be harder to get rid of for sentimental reasons, as it was my daily when I was in Iraq, and Afghanistan. But again, today, now that I wear the sub, and the need for service, it just doesn’t get worn.

The 14060 is such a great watch. Based on the information you provide, I would get rid of the PO due to its size and keep the Sinn for the sentimental reasons.

Interested to see which dress watch you're looking at...

Yeah. As I read my post, it’s pretty dang obvious right? Thanks for making it clear.

I haven’t gotten that far on the compliment watch …. Lots of thoughts.

Cartier? (Tank? Maybe?)

Grand Seiko?

A vintage omega pie pan like this?

Newer Omega ? (Deville)

IWC?

NOMOS?

Something else?

@hpreston lovely Sub, a two luxury watch collection a la @chocomallo definitely makes sense, i am at the same point although it’s the sports one I miss. (Your sentlmental Sinn doesn’t count, in my case it’s family VC pocket watch).

Edit: I dont know your budget, but this is really nice.

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
