Seen in the metal, this watch is awesome.

This looks great on that bracelet. I just ordered the Speedmaster 3861 OEM one for mine..
I like this Holzer uncle seiko bracelet with the wider inset links because it feels closer to the spirit of the OEM bracelet, but simpler.
How do the 3861 speedy bracelets connect to this watch? What end links will work on it?

Supposedly the forstner end links work. I've got some coming so will share the result.

you're allowed to remove links, I think.
I recently realized I am the least representative watch wearer because since age 6 or so I have worn a watch, for many of those years one with metal bracelets, and I wore them loose because I hated the feeling of them sticking to my wrist. One of the watches, a Swiss Army watch I may still have somewhere, had a very sharp crown that built a callous at the base of my hand where it hit. So all the complaints about micro adjustment and lack of half links and troublesome fit about most watch bracelets ppl make fall on deaf ears for me—the nerves in my left wrist are all but dead. I wear every watch I own including the Planet Ocean to sleep, no problem.

Realized I didn’t post these here.

The balancier 3 was a let down, which I suppose is a good thing lol.

The double balance variation however was awesome. I like it more on the rubber strap.

The thickness is real but not horrible, and the sizing felt good. Wore like a 42mm.

I do think the pricing is hard to justify. Even second hand these are still kinda pricey for what they are.

You could get a 3970, Logical1, mb&f perpetual and still have $ left over.

Maybe if this was thinner + “grainier” frosting it would be more compelling but for me I think I’d rather have more variety.

While different, I find those dials too distracting.
