What would be the most hyped/douchiest 2-watch collection?

Go!

Daytona + Nautilus

or

R0 + DD

???

For sure, for sure. F*ck that garbage. Who wants hypey and douchie when you can pick something horologically unique and original like a Datejust!

Or a … Hamilton!

Mudge invented it, but Swiss manufacturers made it viable for mass, commercial production in the 19th century.
If anyone was responsible for the mass production of the lever escapement it was Waltham etc in the US, decades prior to the Swiss even thinking about mass production. Using your logic, surely we should call it the Dennison escapement. Aaron Lufkin may have been bankrupt more times than DJT, but he did establish the mass production of timepieces in the US.

You certainly aren’t understanding the task.

The question was simple (and yet…)

Anyway, yeah, the DJ and Hamilton certainly aren’t unique (duh!). But they’re also not DB watches.

Daytona and Nautilus are also NOT unique, but…perhaps…highly DB hyped?

Do you have an actual two-watch DB collection to call out, or were just a target desperately in search of the dart?

That’s the lobster and sweetbreads in puff pastry (last photo).

I prefer their standard sweetbreads dish they serve with dinner. Unbelievably good.
Whoops, didn't scroll all the way down. You ticked all the boxes.
