Lug to lug the BB54 is 46mm, so you can’t say it is made for a small wrist anyway. The watch is a tribute to their 7922, hence the smaller case. It’s a tool watch, and yes it looks a bit square. It also has many of Tudor’s contemporary features. I am not fond either of the snowflake hour hand (The 7922 had the « Mercedes » hand). Now, each to his own, whether you like it or not is subjective (like with any other watches). Personally, I liked it when I tried it on, mostly because I like vintage style watches.

I tried on the bb54 yesterday and as much as I liked it on the internet, it made me like the 58 even more.

I appreciate the 37mm case size, but it lacks something 'special' for a lack of better word? Its very sterile, with a very clean look and definitely retro-modern.

Just not my bag!
