You can always just let out the pants, shouldn't be too hard
The problem is less about the waist, and more about the seat/thighs. Depending on the pants, there can be a fair amount of wiggle room in the waist, but the extra material rapidly decreases the lower you go.

Brooks Brothers Vintage Trad Gray Flannel 3 Piece Micro Herringbone Suit 44
Asking $150 shipped (CONUS) (trades welcomed as well) The condition of this suit is absolutely astounding - If I didn't think it was impossible, I would say this suit is New Without Tags. No signs of wear whatsoever. Pockets are still basted shut.

This vintage suit has all of the Brooks Brothers trad details you would expect - single vent, 3/2 roll, 2 button sleeves, etc. The pants are flat front and cuffed.

The quality of the suit is outstanding. Fully lined and fully canvassed. Top quality fabrics and hardware including Talon zippers. This is just an amazing example of traditional American craftsmanship.

Jacket Measurements:
Armpit to armpit: 23-1/2"
Shoulder seam to shoulder seam: 18-3/4"
Sleeve length: 25"
Jacket length (B.O.C.): 31-1/2"

Pants Measurements:
Waist diameter: 19" (+ ~2" to be let out)
Rise: 12-1/4"
Inseam: 29-5/8" (+ ~1" to be let out and retain cuffs)
Outseam: 40-3/4"

(more photos available upon request)

Crockett & Jones for Polo Ralph Lauren Black Single Monk Strap 10 D Shoes

$110 shipped (CONUS) (trades welcomed)
Available is a wonderful pair of black single monk strap shoes bench made by Crockett & Jones for Polo Ralph Lauren in England. They are a 10 D and run true to size. There are a few scuffs on the outside of the left (show in image). I have plenty more images so if you would like to see something specific, just let me know.

I've got a big-ass, Don Johnson-ish Armani suit, I guess. 42-ish, I think, flannel, peak lapeled (hugely so), vintage and minty.

Would sell or trade to the right party. (The space -- I needs it).

 I meant the cut -- it's very 80's, and heavy flannel to boot. (Like the winter version of what Don Johnson wore on Miami Vice).

If anyone has the initials "G D" and wears a size 16 dress shirt, I have a nice Isaia and Brioni for you to trade!

If there is enough space between G and D, I would sewn in an O in there and watch the price triple

I've got this NWT Robert Geller made in Japan bomber coat on ebay for $148, but I'd let it go here for $110 shipped anywhere in the ConUS.
EU 50.
