It's kinda funny that you say that and then post a song that's pretty closely related to instrumental hip-hop. In the same vein, you'd probably like a lot of the stuff on the brainfeeder label:

Yeah you're right, I like rap/hip hop to a certain extent, and four tet/burial/sbtrkt are awesome ('specially live), but this whole modern rap culture at the moment that is loved primarily by rich white kids is annoying (I think there was a discussion about this in a different thread a while back). I mean I can get behind some older rap and rap of that style, but a lot of the modern rap artists (that I know of) are really awful.
