That looks fantastic. Who makes that?

Invertere around 1980. Bought new. Invertere went out of busines a decade or so ago.
They have been recently been revived. Invertere was also famous for their Alpaca "Bear
Coat" :

Condition: Used, very good overall. Scuffed and worn leather on the belt buckle. Possible moth nip on one of the sleeves (picture 5) but maybe just a cowlick in the fur - not a hole. Loose/partially broken stitching on one of the buttons.

This is where 100% cashmere coat comes in handy, no need to wear a 10 pound coat to feel warm.

Lightweight Cashmere would not keep you warm. You need 700+ gr/sqm to keep yourself warm
