How was the Thackrey?

As someone who drinks a bottle or two of it a month, it goes down quickly. There is thing tang to it that keeps me coming back and everyone I share it with also mentions the tang that is hard to pin down depending on the blend.

Forgot to take a photo but opened a 2018 Clos des Lunes - Lune d'Argent this weekend. Very, very good quality to price ratio. It's a blend of semillion and sauvignon blanc and is properly dry.

Eddy from Empire State of Wine is 2 for 2 in recommending really good rando white wines for under $25.

Sorry…last bottle. Oldest in the cellar now is a 2002. Will keep an eye out at auctions though

Didn't snap a pic, but had a REWA 2017 Cabernet. A quick search showed it was selling at $225. Very good, a pickup from Underground Cellars and their interesting methodology. It makes it interesting, and I understand their business model, which I think is a good and unique one.
