Continuing along those lines, managed to score some more JL Ganevat goodness. This is a pinot noir and pinot gris blend from the Jura. Old vines, natural vinification, one year in wooden vat, no fining, no filtering, no sulphur. Like all his wines I've tried, it is light in body -- but not in flavor -- and outstandingly pure and precise at 13% ABV.

When I logged onto Scarecrow to grab my allocated 3-pack I was offered a magnum for 1.5k. I grabbed it and it will probably end up on one of the wine auction sights for 3k.
