I would recommend you call them and share both Data points with them and ask for their opinion. Your welcome to use my sizing info. I found Viberg to very helpful. The worse case is you may have to exchange what you order for a better fit. Remember they don't offer refunds. So don't buy both sizes at the same time. I'm curious what Last did the app recommend for you?I’m not sure I trust the app.
I just downloaded and scanned. My measurements are all smaller than yours with the exception of the overall length of my foot being a tiny bit longer and the app recommends a 9.5 in 2030. My foot would be swimming in a 9.5 I think. My width, instep, and arch length are all smaller than yours. I like Viberg sizes between 8.5 and 9.
Seems to me (based on our 2 data points) that the app/Viberg are basing fit recommendation heavily on overall length, and nothing else.
