I used to watch that Property Brothers show where they look at ****** houses in Toronto.

This house with the holes in the wall and the water stains is a bargain at 600K. With 450K of work it could be your dream home. Wow, that is exactly my budget now that I am 28 and working as a manager at a Tim Hortons. My wife collects macrame and sells it on Etsy, we can't wait to entertain all of our friends in our 5000 foot house.

It has been a long time since I found good art.

Two woodcuts from renowned Carol Summers mounted in really great lucite/acrylic box frames. The first one is $4200 at a gallery known for selling Summers’ work, and over $7000 on 1stDibs. Second is in the $1500-2000 range. Not bad for $35 all in.

Incredible. I wish we lived closer to each other so I could buy those from you. I'd expect a find like that to come out of southern Florida. So much mid-century stuff ended up there in the '70s and '80s when the (currently octogenarian) snowbirds bought their first condos.

Thank you, Charvet, for being recognizable from across a bustling floor. This is what passes for a thriftening in my neck of the woods.

Animal ties! Mint! And then some others like in the bottom pic — older, but modern width.

This was (no joke) the highlight — Lords Gym by Living Epistles from the late 80s-early 90s. My gym coach used to rock them all the time. Been on my to find list *forever*.
