Some luggage today. MiUSA Patagonia convertible backpack. Truthfully, it smells like it should cost $6.99 Wondering if it could be soaked in a tub with light detergent. View attachment 1039003

This also arrived today. Very pleased.

Absolutely. And rub some Clorox 2 on the Patagonia badge first to brighten it up. Wash in a bucket with a little detergent and a lot of water, then hang to dry. I've done that with Patagonia, ArcTeryx etc. and it works great. I avoid the dryer though. It could mess up the shape.

Guy really liked Pal Zileri. I approve!

These don't need my approval...All 3xl classic fit

Something a little more refined (from the same rack as the skeets, which seemed slightly incongruous):

I got a nice patagonia synchilla pullover a few months ago from a thrift. When I got home, I noticed it literally smelled like poop. More cat poopish, than an actual human turd. Ha!

Seriously though, no signs of anything on the sweater. I washed it in our front loader, then dried it. The smell came back. Then I left it in oxy clean. And line dried. Smell came back. I was gonna just redonate, but my friend took it and was going to try soaking it in vinegar and water. I think it's the fabric off gassing?

It was $5, he can have it.

Like someone smoked up, demolished a giant bag of Funyuns, and hurled in the bag. It's rank, but not visibly stained or damaged at all. Just odorous.
