Hey guys -
Long time no post. Unfortunately I come back into the thread today with some sad news.
Many of us old timers knew Keith, @kbadgley84 - A few minutes ago I received a call from his ex wife letting me know that Keith left this world on March 1st.
Keith and I particularly remained close after we kind of slowed back our posts here on SF. Keith and I texted all the time - he was a talented chef who had a penchant for foie gras as I did, so we would trade food pics all the time. Despite him being in Florida and me in NY - and never actually meeting face to face, Keith was like one of my old buddies from high school the way we would speak to each other, so this is particularly hard for me to process.
Keith and his ex-wife shared two small children (5 and 7). If any of you all are here from the way long days ago, if you remember I had started a fund for another one of our members who left too soon from this world, so as I told his ex-wife, I would like to do something similar again for his kids. I'll need a few days to kind of process the news and figure out logistics, but I hope I can count on you guys to help a bit out.
His ex-wife told me that he absolutely adored this community and she would frequently ask him to "get off freaking styleforum" to do other stuff (know the feeling). She also said she found some of the things he would post that he thrifted which made me chuckle.
Anyway, I promised her I would let you guys know.
