In my area it seems like no one under a size 38 waist wears suits or trousers at all because I almost never find any small enough to fit me and I’m a 31-32” waist and 38-40 jacket.Law of averages. 40-42R? Maybe 40-42L?
32-34 waist with 30-32 inseam
Maybe size 10 feet
Smaller sizes go to Asia (Japan most likely).
If you review your local stores, you'll see sizes that most donated to which will help you calculate the average size for that area.
