Solid wood, made in Italy. Purchased for the apartment but would appreciate any insight furniture gurus may have in identifying.

View attachment 793390 Yet again, I'm here to show up Spoo's meager finds with grail-worthy, once-in-a-lifetime items like these beat to **** Kiton jeans (pop on denim from them), Tommy duffle, and D&B braces.

Step up your game, Spoo.

Here we go! Time to authenticate a Hermes tie guys!

Twill direction looks good. Tag looks good until one looks toward the right where it is supposed to say 100 soie 8 believe...

Picked up this ridiculously nice Fray tie in 100% Cotton a few weeks ago, and just got it out to list. A real plain Jane, but truly a thing of subtle beauty. First cotton Fray I've ever seen. Come to think of it, might be the first Fray tie I've seen. No idea how the cotton holds up to being worn tied, so since it's NWOT, I'm not gonna risk it. Off it goes to the 'Bay.

But darn, what a pain it is trying to Google "Fray ties" for NWT pricing. Results tend to look like: "Turkish-German ties fray as Erdogan chases diaspora vote". Love their shirts, though. None of my Frays have frayed (yet).

I thought the direction was supposed to be 11 to 5 which is why I left it. Just wanted to make sure I didn't leave a real one!

Could anyone tell me if this is the real deal?

What i found googling about authenticity on Lacoste polo's doesn't gave the answer. I'm used to one brand tag in the neck part and clear buttons. At least in Europe they come this way if you buy them now. To me the dark buttons are a bit odd looking. Nonetheless I really like the colour, so i hope it's real.
