Is that a full suit with no damage? Because I will gladly make it a thing to you by turning a nothing into a something. Essentially I will break the laws of psychics for you and ask for that in return.

3 full suits. I'll post pics in the morning.

@ChetB

Wonderful tribute. As a newer member, I had not had any contact with or even knew of him and this painted a very nice picture of who he was for those of us who didn't have the pleasure. I've said it before and this tribute just proves how truly special this community is. I haven't been around long and already feel welcomed and invested and it's clear that you all made Brian feel the same.

Rest In Peace, Unknown Thrift Brother

RIP Brian, I remember him pretty well. I lol'd at all the "is this grenadine" posts just linked. This hit me hard, one of my best friends just offed himself 2-3 weeks back. Keep your friends close thrift homies.

On a completely unrelated note, i went out in the field for the first time in YEARS. RLPL short sleeve (i have a serious fetish for these, and at one point will wear no other SS shirt) in my size, but even better some "store worn" 10x worn max Mezlans in black suede with a gunmetal "horsebit" of sorts. Yes, I know Mezlan isn't goodyear welted, or come from a custom last or whatever the **** static I might get for picking up Mezlan, but these are pretty, my size, mint, and $8.

The only other thing I grabbed was this. I know this has resale value, but would prefer to offer it up to you guys first. http://www.ninox.cc/collections/outerwear/products/bennett
Its not NWT, but i can't see any sign that it was worn. Im hoping one of you outdoorsey/CO guys has a boner for this Swiss fabric shizzz.

Final note, I managed this in my home town, which I don't usually thrift. As im sure you can imagine, Arkansas isn't exactly thrift paradise.

PS I need moneys to get the corporate staples and **** i've been trying to source from yall... Best I have to offer off the top of my head is a minty fresh Brioni Tux complete with brioni bow and cumberbund. I forget the model name, i think it starts with an N but not Nomanato or w/e. Also, i seem to remember Mr. bond wore one in casino royale? Regardless, it was made in '09 or so. DO YOU HAVE MONEY? ARE YOU A 46R? You want a full brioni tux? hollatchaboi

Don't bother posting on the thread, nobody here cares, shoot me PM, tell me their condition, then you tell me what you want. My bespoke process is guaranteed to be rivaled by none, I use the simple 3 step approach, made famous by I believe Netflix Dvd cases, however I've adopted their ingenious business plan to make it work for what I need. Basically I am a business genius, nbd......but serious dont waste my time trying to find the post or yours by making one. K point made.

OH AND GUYS.....When questions need answers, and you are unable to decide upon the correct one on your own, seeking the advise of the elder, for this wisdom I sought, I approached the head of all elders, the top elder, the one who possess the answers to many of lives mysteries, he specializes in knowing without fail, Upton or Anderson, he is highly respected in the feild of embossed or authentic Gator skins and he's got a thing for Ferraris. I inquired in regard to posting the photos of the items I got today to this thread to the wise and all knowing elder, and he advised me in a manner that allowed me to conclude a larger reason as to why this answer is correct. His advice included being specific with everything however, if the items were not thrifted, then I should not post them. I thought about this, and this is 100% correct.

My goods do not belong next to those who worked for 12 hours trying to find all the **** they got that day. Regardless of what these photos depict, the fact of the matter is, if I didnt work ****** off to get all them and pay for them and all of that, they dont belong posted along items and people who did this.

SO FOR ALL WHO WANT TO SEE WHAT I THRIFTED TODAY IN THE MOST THRIFTIEST MANNER, MINIMAL GAS USAGE, A SINGLE STOP, SPECIALTY CATEGORIES REQUESTED FOR CONSIGNMENT DUE TO THE ACTUAL ITEMS HE POSSESS THAT HE NEED SALE ETC.... ESSENTIALLY LOOK AT THE PHOTOS BELOW AND YOU WILL SEE THAT IF THEY MADE ALL OF US THE 1% OF THE 1%, THIS IS THE **** WE'D BE BUYING. NOT THE FAMOUS ****, THE TRULY NO BULLSHIT, ******* BALLER ****. THAT'S WHAT THIS MAN DOES. YOU BE THE JUDGE, AND IF YOU AGREE, THEN VISIT MY THREAD, AND GAZE UPON THE 7TH WONDER OF THE WORLD.

JUST TO CLARIFY ONCE MORE, NONE OF THESE ITEMS PICTURED ARE ITEMS I AM IN POSSESSSION OF IN ANY MANNER, ASK TO SELL OR WHATEVER, THESE PHOTOS ARE PURELY FOR THE SAKE OF ENTERTAINING THE THREAD, AND FOR THOSE WHO WOULD LIKE A PREVIEW OF THE THREAD THAT CONTAINS THE GOODS I DO HAVE. EJOY

First words out his mouth when we walk in, "you'll never believe this, this jacket is gorgeous, I found it on sale, can you imagine? Only 5 grand, a steal." Tom Ford suede jacket is pretty ******* boss.

He had a box from a specialty brand that is known for a certain product, however they also make premium versions of this same product, I asked if thats what that box contained, The answer was no, The box contained 1 of his 4 favorite exotic belts. (Allow me to note that he made it clear, he is very into exotics ow it is all he buys....jesus christ)

I told him about your plans @SpooPoker and asked if he'd part with them, cuz they were super fat, they'd take up a lot of area on a floor or wall. He didn't want to help Spoo, and yes these have never been worn, and probably never will be

1.TF 2-4. RIcci

That time those black Tom Frd Gator Penny loafers were just chilling in his size, so he bought them, I can't tell his wife how much he paid, doubt she checks here, $6,500

However his exxxotics addiction sold me here, because heres three pairs that I don't believe have ever seen a sidewalk. Also, notice the brand, ever seen that brand before? No just couture? that would be becaus this is they're new offering, along with one more, Platinum. Platinum custom services are reserved for working with Vicuna, 12 Micron, and 13 Micron wool for suits. Premium is for all of baller **** made custom, essentialy Zegna was able to create a value in custom services by simply changing names and duties, now they have a hierarchy inwhich they can charge far more than before, with purely working with Su misura. Smart. All Premiums. All Custom Gators. All Baller.

Being a huge Zegna guy hes got quite a few Su Misura pieces just cause, however, of course, his aren't standard ones, they too are Premium... Su misura is literally not eve an option for thos with cash, he even had a premium for a suit with no specialty type wool or anything, just a plant suit, no reason to be made custom at all.

Most recent logo for Couture, some have seen it, few have been in it's presence in a cpacity in which your were in a position to purchase if so. I explained that We people, we don't see this **** for another 2 years minmum, common in 4, thats how our market works. He told me white lable armany was very old tie, I explained that I could market thsi as recent, s I could soid black Zegna, He didn't understand.

MY PHOTOS ARE SIMPLY BEING ARRANGED ON THE OTHER THREAD, LINK WILL BE LIVE WITHIN MINUTES. STAY TUNED, OR NOT.

He's becoming annoying again isnt he...
Well we had a good run.
Just relax, i haven't done anything or said anything about you or in regards to you. I was simply talking to another individual about a transaction. Let the leash out, give it a little slack, you being on edge is just going to result in you always wanting to get upset with me, I mean, is that what you want?

Caught Zegna. Didn't take it, but should have. I'm more of a newbie to this, but I've been taking frequent stops at the thrift shops, believe me.
If it was an orphan, you did the right thing.
Chances are, it was. Whoever got it probably didn't do their research. I see a lot of suit jackets at Goodwill, and I just pass on them because I'm still learning about menswear. But yes, it isn't a far-reaching speculation that it was an orphaned suit jacket. It seems like it was though.
Recent Zegna orphans are a buy. There's no shortage of people willing to pay $100 for something like that. I think I sold one for $120 once.

Hey how'd you get into my clothes room @Jompso

Honestly, I think I may be too afraid to damage the stuff, I don't know I would ever wear it. The thing about all my clothing coming from the thrift that if it gets wrecked, it sucks but there's always more. With that stuff, there is not always more lol

Kind of ticked (with myself).

Thrifted a nice Canali linen short-sleeve shirt, that fits me well, earlier this weekend. I ended up wearing it on the weekend, and somehow, got a tiny hole in it on my left torso. At least it's in a spot where one may not notice it, but I know it's there, and it's bugging me.

The material is light yellow, and a fine linen weave. When I have time this week, I'm going to try and figure out if I can get it repaired.

Will be sporting the shirt again, as I was able to mend it myself. Happy with how it came out, as the colour of the thread (light yellow) isn't even noticeable. Don't see too many Canali linen shirts around here, that actually fit me, and aren't hideous, so I'm glad I was able to salvage my thift find.

Wow, that certainly puts things into perspective.

I sent Brian stuff for consignment, and I know he had encountered some difficulties as he couldn't pay me for a while (which I said was fine). I was getting a little annoyed recently because he ultimately never did send me payment and still held a bunch of items I had sent, but now I feel pretty stupid, this is all just material (and stuff we find for cheap), there's lots more important things to worry about (and be grateful for).

I hope he found peace.

I'm not sure what any of this means. All I know is I searched Google for about an hour, trying to find anything on this maker, and came up with absolutely nothing. So if you know anything, the knowledge would be appreciated. Thanks.

Searching Antonio Diaz is probably the Spanish equivalent of John Smith. It just seems like one of the thousands of small tailors in Spain in 1991.

Also, no one can see the quality of the 25 year old suit from an pocket label picture. So we can't tell if it is a thing by the quality or style.

So instead of people letting that picture sit there until you realized no one knows who it is, a cryptic message was posted in a language that no one understands and 3 posts have continued from it.
