Waffle House Sunday

I wish we had a Waffle House in Wichita. Is it a franchise deal? Or all company owned. If its a franchise, someone needs to build one here! We are a college town, so lots of customers overnight. We have a lot of rednecks, so the grits are going to sell, and we have a lot of fat people (of course, everywhere does nowadays).
