For the sake of further clarifying: everything requested, save for one piece, which I couldn't locate, was fulfilled within 5 days. The error here was in forgetting to follow up, which I assume full responsibility for. However, once brought to my attention, I immediately cleared things up. Providing additional info because I value my reputation and the relationships I've cultivated here on the forum. And now that that's out of the way - well, let's carry on.

Got a call from my store regarding the same. It looks like there is a sale going on currently for Polo, then on the 26th they add on an additional 40% off for sale items. Unclear if Polo/RRL is included in the current sale, but will definitely be included starting 11/26.

Is this a little too big? Looking at the shoulder seams in relation to your actual shoulders, and the sleeve length. If it were me, I'd buy a size down..
