I'm with you on that...another reason why don't wash long sleeve shirts often. I have too many... RRL (probably over 45...need to count lol), 10-12 or so Iron Heart, 7-8 Pendleton, 7-8 Carhartt/Carhartt WIP, 3-4 Filson, couple Rogue TerritoryMy approach to washing is just have so many damn RRL shirts you only wear them once every few months lol. Spring/summer are stored on a shelf above these since I live in town and have to keep dress stuff in here also (space is limited)

Thank you, very helpful post. Bookmarked your post. I do have a few Merz B Schwanen shirts – thanks for reminding me, completely forgot about those. And agree on the RRL tees, not a fan.Warehouse tees aren't cheap, but they are lightweight and very well made. I really like the substantial ribbon collar on them. Perfect for an undershirt. I bought a bunch in almost every color but white recently.
Schaefer's Garment hotel makes good lighter tees, but not cheap.
Have some really light weight tees from Bridge and Burn that I love, but I don't know if they still make them
Less expensive, but beefy option...I love 3sixteen's tshirts. Especially their grey (comes in pack of 2) as I can't seem to have enough grey tees. They fit perfect on my body. These are not as expensive and best bang for the buck I've seen based on quality & fit.
Velva Sheen is less expensive and pretty good too, but not as good as 3sixteen's.
Overall...best of the best...the hype for Merz B Schwanen 215 tees is warranted. They fit perfect and are as good as tees come. Not overly heavy, but robust & comfortable. Only downside is they are sold out everywhere and restocks sell out quickly. Their 214 "super dooper" heavy tees are something else. As thick as you'll find and heavy duty. Like armor almost ha ha. Great for wearing under an open leather jacket.
Merz & 3sixteen tees seem like they will out last me and along with Warehouse are my favorite.
I own 5 or so RRL tees. They suck (weird large sleeves, thin material, thin flimsy collars, weird fit at waist...sort of bell shaped overall) and are pretty bad compared to the above IMO. I do like the colors I have and wear them over thermals and as undershirts some, but wouldn't buy again if I had it to do over again.
I love the color combination but the jacket itself is a bit too Faherty / modern.
One of my biggest disappointment in RRL was when they teased this jacket month before the release, and the actual one was patchwork instead of aligned patterns, otherwise it would have been one of my grail pieces :

As for wearing all the pieces at once, indeed thats probably what you said about having them all on a single photo.
In case you want to join the only need to wash your shirts a couple times per year club, Stag sent out an email stating extra 20% off long sleeve implying it’s for sale items but it works for non sale too.
Best strategy. Slowly getting there. Only need more storage spaceMy approach to washing is just have so many damn RRL shirts you only wear them once every few months lol. Need advice. New jeans just arrived, direct from Ralph... the legs were shoved upward inside the thighs, balled up, with the seat folded over, and wrapped up tight with a bow--a nice personal touch, I guess?
Should I complain/exchange/return or just deal with it? Is this normal and I'm overreacting? Never have I received a garment this badly packaged, even from randos on Ebay. My other once-washed pair from Cultizm came all the way from Germany crisp and pristine. I'd never have expected this from Ralph. Disappointing.

Were those from a store or the distribution center? I've received HBT officer pants where the legs are bunched up and tied with strips of fabric. It was intentional and came from the factory that way which I thought rather odd. I remember seeing SAs stocking the racks with them that way.Need advice. Unfortunately most RRL shirts weren't part of a sale, so 20% is the best discount for RRL shirts. I will wait a bit longer, hopefully they'll add more stuff to the 30% sale on ralphlauren.com.Yep... works on all long sleeve shirts. They had a pretty good selection of RRL shirts in there too.
