God bless Derek’s affordable menswear tip list. I made that mistake once of telling the truth. Now I just say “I think spier mackay has something similar” or something.

Maybe I need to do some more reading, is this a Die Workwear article you're referring to? Or a post/thread here on SF?

Just realized I had a brown houndstooth flannel shirt gap in my closet. Just filled it. Calm down folks, I have the blue, maroon, and green houndstooth flannel shirt bases already covered. (note: great sale going on at MJ but shipping prices seem to have risen quite a bit)

The Gap? Oy! Is this where I flex and say the other three shirts I mentioned are all Paul Stuart?

T shirts are hyper consumables imo. They get abused instead of the nice things. They then retire as shop or shoe clean rags.

I wear v neck t-shirts from Target all the time.

Seriously, though. I still have a bunch of summer tees from Amazon. All cotton, nice colors, and expendable. Great for DC summers.

[In a mysterious whisper as if from Citizen Kane]: Uniqlo.

I used to only wear v necks from a/x 15-20 years ago. So soft Pima cotton, no logo. Still wearable today but not so much with tailoring.

Splurged on a 5 pack white crewneck t shirt from CK on Amazon for $39

I’ve enjoyed plain summer tees from super dry. Same idea as Uniqlo I suppose.
All of you,

In all seriousness, yeah, t-shirts (amongst other casual items) are things that don’t have to come form NMWA or the Armoury.

Don’t be silly. That’s what END and Mr. Porter are for. Because NMWA and the Armoury don’t carry Sunspel’s Riveria T shirt

Zegna linen tshirts are incredible.
