Very sad to hear the news. M was such a kind man. He would check on my family and well being, not just ask about shoes. Although he visited Maui once a year, unfortunately he never came to Oahu but he would always call or drop an email. Our phone conversations never felt like a proprietor to customer relationship.

I got this terrible polish/renoveateur film on my shoes...I was trying to get the polish off so I could apply leather defender...now I need to clean both off was thinking of using ez cleaner, then renoveateur and then the leather defender.

Any help is greatly appreciated I feel unworthy of posting pics until I get them to at least clean...

I feel Reno only adds to that film residuo. Less product is better. I've been happy w a little Alden natural boot cream and Alden defender.
