The screening starts at 6:30, and I believe that it is 1 hour long. You will have exactly 15 minutes to down your drink and make it to your room. Sounds doable. Party starts at 7 and goes until the police come, or the hotel makes us stop. So... 2? I think that's closing time in California still. I'll even save you a sandwich or something. I actually have no idea what is kosher, and whats is not, tbh, so some other member of the tribe would have to show me the way. On Saturday, if you can't buy stuff, can you "prebuy" stuff? Someone tell me how this works.

lol, i dont plan on spending shabbos in a hotel room. would be off for me. i would be long gone by 6:30, getting ready and heading off to some j00 hood in san fran. i cant take part in any acquiring on shabbos. i would only be able to attend saturday night after 9:15, and sunday. which, tbh, would probably be quite nice.

as to food, ill bring granola bars, and im sure there are kosher eateries in san fran.

ill see if i can swing it. the only difficulty is getting off of work on friday to travel in, and convincing my wife to let me leave her alone with the kids for 3 days while i meet all my internet friends.

i hope i can swing it!

I had the pleasure of hanging out with Gus this Monday in San Francisco and I got caught up on the latest events. Sounds like a spectacular event. I don't know if I can make it but I'm going to try real hard to be back here in May.

I know Gus and Fok will create a real nice event. I would highly encourage anyone who can to attend. :slayer:

Thanks AF. We should also thank Kevin, who is doing all of our graphics, and Mark and Justin (the elusive Saucemaster) who were our male models for our look book/buying guide. It should be pretty awesome. Also, thanks to Matt, who was "busy" during the shoot.

And... I'm going to bet that there will be a better and more diverse selection of shoes there then you will be able to find anywhere in Georgia. Leathersoul has St. Crispins, John Lobb, Edward Green, Trickers, and more Aldens then you can shake a stick at; Alfred Sargent's will be there from On the Fly; Epaulet is the sole stockist of Carmina in the US, and Yuketen is a leader in outdoor shoes, with some pretty mean versions of classic Oxfords.

AF you have to find a way to get back here for the May Anniversary event weekend. It's going to be a good time.

It isn't just Fok and Gus putting this together, it is the collective talents of many. Especially Parker, not only for his design skills but also for his input and help in seeking out the right venue for the activities. He is making sure we have the right appeal to Streetwear and MC. And, of course, emptym for his encouragement to make the Anniversary more than just a party but a weekend of special events. These two guys have been PMing, calling, researching and following up on loads of details to make the weekend special. It will be worth a flight from Atlanta!

Do we have a clear answer on whats going to be included in the swag bag at the gift suite? Is it a Mulholland deerskin messenger bag stuffed with pink Attolini ties and Simpson sheets?
