How's the comfort on the 992s aside from the sizing issues?
very good - lots of support and cushion. More better than Air Max IMO but could also be due to NB always was mindful of width and foot anatomy in general.

What’s everyone’s favorite silhouette? I’ve always liked 998s

997s for me.

Super comfortable so far. I've put in 10k steps today and feet still feel good. I sized up half size from my TTS because I have a slightly wide foot (due to collapsed arches) and so far so good! There is some cushioning in the insole and padding around the shoe which adds to the comfort. The only thing is my foot does get a little warm in it.

I've been looking for a comfortable pair of sneakers, and was thinking of New Balance, but the big "N" logo always puts me off. Todd Snyder put out a version with the original logo, and I think it looks preferable, but that seemed to be a one off.

Was thinking of trying the "Un 'N' ding" sneaker, but haven't seen it in person.

Thanks OP for the thread! Indeed NB deserves it! The most comfortable models I’ve enjoyed the most are the 2040 both the original and leather versions and the 2002R from about 10years ago. With that said I’ve enjoyed many of the models-

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
