Truly, installing one of these took me about 30 total minutes. Easy and straight forward, couple screws, I needed a piece of scrap wood as a spacer and some attachments t screws. Eaaaasy if you have enough bar sticking out of the side
You know that YOBFOTI has enough bar sticking out...

I call bs. When they replaced the spring and track and everything here, it was two guys (like the sith it was master and apprentice) for ~3 hours.

Go have a look at the side-mount motors. If you're leaving everything else in place, swapping in less than an hour seems plausible to me.
