Exercise: walk my dog, lift heavy things that others cannot lift... that's it?
Diet: Well, I kind of stopped eating breakfast altogether when school got busy. Lunch too, although when I have time I would go home and finish leftovers*
*Leftovers would consist of mostly what is dinner from last night. Usually rice and some meat, hardly any veggies. I rarely eat fruits.
I started snacking a lot (being in a relationship can really alter your diet especially when living together). I ate stuff that I do not normally eat i.e. diary as I am lactose intolerant.
I'm 5'10 and probably 150lbs (last known weight) Perhaps 155lbs as of today but really need to double check. I use to be at about 145lbs without a gut.
Body fat% Unknown
Goal? Just to shave off the midsection.
And as stated, I use to lift or at least hit the gym on the regular the past 4 years or partook in some sort of activity like basketball.
