I don't know who that guy is, but nothing about that outfit says emulate this to me.
One of our reviewers recently reviewed the Malloch's Seaweed Newman Roll Neck Jumper. Check out his thoughts on this modern contemporary version of the British submariner jumper here.

Italian politician.
Neither I’d wear a reddish brown derby with a dark suit myself but I would with an informal suit (light to mid grey patterned flannel or fresco wool). In these lines:

I think the EG above is the Cardiff made in the 888 last.Nice, how is this model called? Where are you thinking to have your new pair made?
Nice! Be sure to post pictures of the final product.Although not true bespoke, I am in the process of commissioning a pair of MTM vintage West End London-styled penny loafers from Louis Lamperstdörfer at Mogada Munich. His MTO/MTM service very much is a "Bespoke-lite" service with handwelted construction, modified lasts, and the option to customize a lot of pattern details.
I think I have finally found a way to commission the sort of English-style shoes I have always wanted on a small town lawyer budget. His fitting shoe service is the perfect answer to the inability to confirm sizing that always held me back from making an MTO order of the discontinued styles I love from English RTW makers like Lobb or Edward Green.
I am super excited and have my fingers crossed.

I don't know, I didn't ask. I do know both Jesper Ingevaldsson and Justin Fitzpatrick have been very complimentary of the quality of Louis' RTW shoes. He has interesting designs. Who makes his RTW shoes? Enzo Bonafe, Lattanzi?
While visiting Rome I had the chance to meet with Seiichi Yoshimoto of Perticone brand, and am quite excited to commission my first pair of bespoke shoes. I’d like to see if there would be enough interest for him to come through Dallas later this year when he comes to New York for a trunk show, would it be ok if I made a thread for that?
