I put a bid on a shag-lined Border. Aside from not having raglan sleeves, I dig this one a lot. I may end up keeping both and still wanting a Beaufort, hahah.
Edit: Offer accepted. I got a great deal on the lined Border, if it is as described. Next up is to get some wax and a hood. Storm hood or standard snap-in? I'm leaning toward the bigger storm hood right now.
I was taking a look at the sale stock of jackets and noticed that there's still a ton of sizes left in the Amicale Baby Camelhair. I wonder why specifically...is it the price itself, or that the baby camelhair is less versatile than I think it is?
I figure it's more of a tonal kind of look with sand flannels and stuff but you can add contrast with mid or dark greys or greens. If anything, it might even be a decent softer alternative to the upcoming oatmeal donegal... View attachment 1230097
