I think this is the truest statement ever for a majority on this Thread.Yeah you guys aren't going to pay $200 for a sweater. Get real
Quick sizing question, was about to try my first sport coat. I am 6' 180 and typically wear a 40 US in eidos. Would I likely be a 40 slim in Spier? I know tough question but trying to get in the ballpark to try one out. Is it free shipping on the returns? thank you.
Lambswool is shorter and coarser than Merino. So that's not my first choice. I rather do a merino cut with something. I've handled modern blended yarns and some are exceptional.
You're mean! I had talked myself out of it...I don't know anymore...
my navy one was shipped yesterday ............. can't wait
amazing picture! Can you please do that for all suits from now on
If that's the worst decision you made when drinking, I think you are doing OK
Re: sweaters - I like fuzzy, lofty lambswool in a crewneck and slightly fuller fit. I'm fine with a bit of synthetic to cut the cost. I'm wearing a herringbone tweed jacket from another AV today that has 15 or 20pct synthetic and nobody has tarred and feathered me, nor have the fashion gods set me aflame. Looks and feels like the real deal.
How about chunky knit cotton sweaters? Can't speak for others, but I am willing to pay the premium.
