Agree, but would never call Obertan a 'rising' anything. He's ****.

Sneijder has been out of form for two years. He was not good at the Euros (few of the Dutch players were).

He was decent in the Euros. Best of the Dutch, but that ain't much. In 2010 he deserved a ballon d'or though. This year has been a terrible letdown.
