I encourage everyone who is interested in our GMTOs to sign up for our newsletter (bottom of the website) for news regarding GMTOs. Our intention is to offer 4-6 GMTOs on a montly basis. The new GMTOs for May will launch mid next week. Please let us know if you have any ideas for GMTOs.
Signed up!
Regarding GMTOs: Chukka from Carlos Santos (patina service in grain leather) in another last, say 333 (preferably on a dainite sole). Carmina Burgundy museum calf in a another (more round toe) last then Rain (Quarter brogue (80105 or 80251) in soller last on tomir sole!).

As far as GMTO suggestions go, I'd love to see a remake of that Bonafe green/brown hunt boot. Would get here in time for the autumn, too...

I'd go for the John Lobb dark brown museum Jodhpur 2 since those are grail shoes for me.

What's the appeal of the jod 2 over the jod 1 or Abbott? I'm not really a fan of the extra piece of leather in the front. Seems like cost cutting...

I here you. I'm not sure exactly but there's something aesthetically pleasing about the fact that there's an extra piece there. It further separates the boot from a chelsea (from a top down perspective) and also separates it from the typical jodhpur... in a way. I guess I like the "art" of it.

Also, since I've only seen this design offered by one maker (JL), it makes it that much more desirable for me.

May pre-orders are up! We have two completely new styles to offer this time - a Carlos Santos Skin Stitch Derby Boot, exclusive to Skoaktiebolaget of course, and then we have a new boot design by Bonafé in a material that is new to me - Horween Arlington Grain. https://www.skoaktiebolaget.com/collections/gmtos

Expected in June. Did you sign up for the restock email on our website?

I actually did but I feel like it was a couple months ago. That's why I was asking since it's been a while since I did. But thank you, June should be just fine. Besides the last, is there a difference between that shoe and the last MTO one that I missed?
