Got to get an EB button boot at some point. Preferably one perfect for wearing with nice denim. I know, I know.

Deez,

Wow indeed. I would swipe those up now. :) I do like how EB seems to signature in the button boot, and it seems they are more available RTW than StC buttons. In short, I'm impatient :)

I hear you. I do wonder what the EB version of this would look like. @Leaves have you seen any Enzo Bonafe tweed button boots?

I seem to recall that EB makes the button boots for a few well known makers.
I don't remember if StC is one of them.
@Leaves can certainly clarify.

I'd be shocked if anyone other than StC makes their shoes. I know a gent that has a pair of button boots from StC and I'm sure he'd be pissed if he paid StC price for EB button boots.

That is fine. I was just making the statement that EB private labels the button boots for some big labels.

EB has a part of their workshop dedicated to making Aubercy's stuff to their specs.
EB, as a maker, has tremendous technical ability / potential. I wouldn't necessarily regard them as a maker inferior to St C. And even if so, probably not by much.

Me too, and I have mixed feelings. I can't nail down my EB sizing, even w help from Skoak. These might end up on B&S too. They look hell good in the email though!

Have not, but it's possible. You can send us your own tweed and we'll make it happen.

StC makes their own Burton Boots.

But yeah, EB makes Button Boots for a few other "brands".
