I think, once you hit the 6 (or is it now 8) minimum participants for the GMTO, other widths become available.

I should clarify, are all Skoak pre-orders (such as the ones posted above) available to order in an extra wide widths?

GMTO's are tricky if I recall because most don't allow extra wide sizes, regardless of the amount of participants.

How will the wholecut fit width wise? I wear 12E in AE shoes and have a pair of 12F Alfred Sargent on the 48 last.
