@mw313

Nice Alderly! Looks like 82 last, am I right?

Gents,

I've noticed on some pics of well worn Rosewood CC boots that the leather appears to smoothen out with wear. I think it was NAMOR's Rosewood CC Galways on 64 last; although I'm certain those have seen a ton of wear.

Love seeing Rosewood or Mahogany CC on the Alderly. Pure sex.

Actually 202 last but mine are on the extra narrow UK "B" last. Haha

Potentially crazy thought: any interest in a calf button boot with a linen shaft?

I know boots are usually viewed as a fall/winter shoe, but something about that combo seems mighty interesting in my mind.

Note: I have no idea if this is even a viable makeup.
absolutely not crazy at all.

in a way, almost wish i never read your post

Whoa, the Vitello blue looks fantastic. Now I am almost second guessing my choice of Betis Blue for the MTO I am awaiting....

Carmina Frankenstitch jumper boots in Burgundy CXL. I have long been of the opinion that the Oscar-lasted Carmina Jumper is one of THE best values in a casual derby boot on the market. Like the 82-last Galway, the pattern and last are a perfect union, IMO. This is my second pair and almost certainly won't be my last.

Wow I just saw the Carmina braided chelsea! Since spring is just around the corner (or at least by the time Carmina finishes an MTO) can I entice 5 other folks in a tassel loafer in the same braided leather?

I would agree, the Oscar last is a great boot last. As always great shine and photos. Looks like shell
