I'm looking at this pair of suede cap toes and was wondering if those who own a pair could chime in on sizing. For reference, I wear a US 10D in the AE 5 last (Park Ave, Fifth Ave and Strands) comfortably so I would be a 9.5F if these ran true to size.

And while on the subject, I would love to hear your guys' suggestions of other suede cap toes at a similar price point (< $200). I recently bought a pair of Magnannis from NM last call for a great price but am thinking the shape of the last is a little too sleek for me.

Thanks so much!

Park Avenues don't exactly run true to size for most people—many people go down a length and up a width. I think you would have some luck if you searched for "3625 Last" (what the Readings are made on) in combination with "5 Last", "Allen Edmonds" or "Park Avenue".

If you do a search for "suede captoe" on Pediwear you'll find at least a Barker and an Alfred Sargeant. Remember to deduct VAT if shipping outside the EU, and you should come out under $200. [Edit: Also Grenson].

Thanks Wrenkin, I'll look into those suggestions. I'm curious if anyone else who owns AEs in a 5 last and Herring Readings could compare the fits. Thanks!
